Refund policy

At Aimen Sajid, every article is carefully inspected before dispatch.
To maintain hygiene and fabric quality standards, we follow the policy below:

No Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds on any orders.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, AND

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, AND

  • The outfit is unused, unwashed, unstitched (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

Note:
Color differences due to lighting or screen displays are not considered defects.

Exchange Process

  1. Email us at customersupport@aimensajid.com with your order number and issue details.

  2. Share clear photos of the defect/incorrect product.

  3. Once approved, you may return the item through your preferred courier.

  4. After inspection, we will dispatch the exchanged item.

Return shipping cost:

  • Paid by customer (unless we sent the wrong item).

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Worn, washed, or altered outfits

  • Sale items / discounted items
